Kenneth Raymon “ケネス・レイモン” is one of the military soldiers of the Schelfengrif empire.

In localized version, he’s known as “Kenneth Reimon”

His rank is battalion commander, and he is in Theodora’s faction.

Personality

He has a wealth of tactical knowledge and saves Theodora many times with his eccentric strategy.

But for him, who hates fights that are useless to the people, this battle for succession is also uncomfortable.

Due to his nature, his fighting ability is overwhelmingly inferior to that of Vincent, who used to be his schoolmate during his academy days, but his high tactical knowledge is at a glance, and he is solicited by name from Vincent.

Background

Kenneth is a soldier belonging to Theodora in the battle for succession to the Shelfengrif Empire, he is a commoner.

The commoners could only be promoted until the platoon leader is the principle of the nobles, but Kenneth is the only commoner in Theodora’s faction who served as the battalion commander.

His official title is the commander of the 9th Northeastern Defense Battalion belonging to the Imperial Army.

Kenneth’s house is located in Schwartzhaas where his daughter lives.

Because Kenneth is busy with work, he rarely has time to play with his daughter, so she is often left with her grandfather at home.

Growlanser III The dual darkness

As Slayn and the party sent supplies to Falkenfreuk, Kenneth appeared to greet them. As soon as his office work was done, Kenneth joined the party and headed towards the Xironia Federation through Schwartzhaas.

Upon arriving at Upper Schwartzhaas, he visited his daughter at home. He intended to leave immediately, but his daughter didn’t want him to do that. Then the grandfather asked him to stay at least 1 night.

When they tried to leave the Schwartzhaas, they were found by the troops of the James faction led by Vincent. Kenneth asked Vincent to overlook him, but Vincent refused because he acknowledged Kenneth’s abilities.

Upon arriving at Voltone, Kenneth reported to Alfred about his arrival. Facing Alfred who was angry that the troops he had brought with him were only 20 people, Kenneth cleverly carried out an explanation and negotiated with Slayn and the party.

After Victor made a communication device, Kenneth explained his strategy. He and his troops attacked the fort Vartkatze as a diversion, while Slayn’s party escorted the supply through Yakutofunt.

After the undead army attacked Falkenfreuk, Kenneth immediately returned and reported to the palace. The next day, Kenneth informed Slayn and the party that Theodora had agreed to an alliance with Aggressival, and as a result Aggressival stopped attacking Xironia.

When the forces of James’ faction attacked at Schwartzhaas, Kenneth led his troops to defend the city. While Slayn and the party fought against the front line of the James faction’s army, Kenneth brought some of his troops to attack from behind. After winning the battle, Kenneth thanked Slayn and the party and warned them to be careful while in Bibliostock.

While temporarily withdrawing during the later occupation of the Falkenfreuk by the Aggressive Army, he rescued Prince Karl by taking the opportunity when Gehard returned and made the Aggressive Army surrender and retreat.
