Growlanser VI Drama CD

Drama CD of Growlanser VI Precarious world. Unlike previous drama CD, this drama CD contains a comedy story with a different world from the main game.

This CD contains audio file which is divided into 9 sections. 8 sections of drama story and 1 section is the comments of Seiyuu (voice actor), with a total duration of 1 hours 9 minutes.

In this world filled with injustice and making people live uneasy, Randy decides to revive the Seigi Sentai (Justice Ranger).

The rest is a story about Randy’s complaints because there are 3 Seigi Red and the others retort.

Chapter Private Monopolis Academy 1

Merklich who is a student of the Monopolis Academy departs from home to school. On the way, he meets Wendy, and then Yurry. Wendy and Yurry compete for Merklich’s affection. Moments later, Shuweizer and Anita appear and get involved in Wendy and Yurry’s fight. Shuweizer is angry and joins the fight, while Anita invites Merklich to ignore the three of them and go to school.

As soon as they arrived at school, they are greeted by Hofman-sensei who is wearing a tanktop and carrying a shinai (bamboo sword for kendo). Inside the school is noisy by the appearance of a beautiful girl, she is Rukias. Merklich who knows Rukias’ secret asks Rukias to say a certain word in exchange for not revealing his secret. Rukias is forced to say:

Rukias: Onii-chan!

Merklich: Ah. RUISE!!

Wendy: Hit!! Are you Carmine?

Shuweizer: It was a joke from the first generation Growlanser

Then, they receive an attack from another school…

[Note: Since Rukias and Ruise are voiced by the same voice actor, Rukias reproduces Ruise’s voice perfectly. I’m imagining the Tipi-chan Kick scene when Wendy attacks Merklich, because somehow their hairstyles are similar]

Chapter Private Monopolis Academy 2

Chriass and Randy lead the students of Peace Maintenance Military Academy to attack the Monopolis Academy. Zeonsilt explains the reason for this attack to Fanil, then she feels troubled about being involved. Corin looks for Yurry to challenge her.

Vice Principal Iristelessa appears and reprimand Randy-sensei and the students from Peace Maintenance Military Academy. Then, the battle started. Neilis appears protecting Iristelessa. As soon as the war situation seemed superior to Monopolis Academy, Shuweizer immediately advance to the front lines. Seeing that, Anita judges her brother badly. Then, Wendy, Rukias, and Yurry join in. Corin challenges Yurry, and they fight. Yurry easily beat Corin.

Seeing the deteriorating war situation, Chriass uses Admonisher and destroy the Monopolis academy school building. Then Brandole launches a monopolis robot and orders Shuweizer to use it to defeat the Admonisher. The battle between Admonisher and Monopolis robot is getting more and more dangerous, then Zeonsilt and Merklich order their respective troops to evacuate so that there are no casualties. After the fight, Chriass and Shuweizer end up in the hospital. At the end of story, Merklich, Wendy, Yurry, Anita transfer schools to Peace Maintenance Military Academy.

Randy introduces the support members of Seigi Sentai. First is director Brandole. Zeonsilt comments that the position doesn’t look odd on Brandole. Then Merklich explains that it is due to the duties of a company director is similar to Sentai director. Like that, the appearance of other supporting members: Doctor Fanil, Mascot Yurry, and Android Neilis are also commented on by Chriass and Wendy.

Randy says that their Sentai need an emergence speech/quote. Wendy, Chriass, Zeonsilt, and Brandole each make suggestions. Wendy’s suggestion is rejected by Chriass because it is Hensin heroine’s property. Chriass’ suggestion is rejected by Merklich because it doesn’t suit Sentai. Zeonsilt’s suggestion is rejected by Merklich because it belonged to Kamen Rider. Meanwhile, Brandole’s suggestion is rejected by Randy because the generation who will listen to this drama CD will not know the meaning of his words.

Chapter Cult G ~The Next Protagonist is You!~ 1

Merklich finds a secret document about the next Growlanser project and shows it to Yurry. The storm of explanation from Merklich makes Yurry think that it is the effect of Merklich barely speaking in the main game. However, in that project, the protagonist and main heroine have not been determined.

Then Wendy, Anita, Rukias, Neilis, Chriass, Fanil, Corin, Zeonsilt, Shuweizer appear and read the project. Wendy, Chriass, and Shuweizer fight for the protagonist’s seat. Yurry joins the debate because she wants Merklich to be the protagonist, while Corin wants Zeonsilt to be the protagonist. Suddenly, Randy appears and offers a match to fight for the protagonist and heroine’s seats.

Randy: First of all, Chriass and Fanil from the oddly dressed team!

Chriass: Hey wait! What’s with that team name? Don’t you fall into that category too?

Randy: Next up are Wendy, Rukias, and Neilis from the Trio of Sub Characters team!

Wendy: Don’t call me a sub character!

Randy: Next up are Anita and Shuweizer from the Good Sibling team!

Shuweizer: Me and Anita will be the protagonist and main heroine. Then our love story will begin…

Randy: Next up are Merklich and Zeonsilt from the Former Protagonists team!

Chriass: Hey, why are you guys on a team?

Wendy: If one is the protagonist, the other is the main heroine, right?

Zeonsilt: Well… Merklich…

Merklich: I don’t mind being either one

Randy: The last team is Yurry and Corin from the Fairies team!

Yurry: Why do I have to be a team with this 3rd class fairy?

Corin: That should be my line!

Those are the 5 teams that will compete. The quiz that Randy gives is nonsensical questions that are difficult to answer. Later Dungeon Lady and Dungeon Girl will join as the sixth team.

The story of the battle between Seigi Sentai against 2 villains, Shuweizer and Anita.

Merklich: Seigi Yellow!

Wendy: Seigi Pink!

Shuweizer: Chance!

The rest is a story of complaints from all the sentai members because the transformation scene was interrupted by Shuweizer. An enraged Randy and Chriass punish Shuweizer.

Note: Iristelessa and Hofman almost never appear in the middle of the story, but they are both always present in every section as narrators at the beginning and ending. In this section, they use a record of Hofman voice when he was not ready to start. At the end it is also heard that he asked for a re-recording, but the team decides to use the record as it is.
