Appearance
Mervina is 22 years old.
She has long purple hair and brown eyes.
She’s wearing a white robe and accessories on her head.
The costumes she wears are based on the uniforms of the maintenance army priests, except for the feathers on the head.
…そうだな。罪は償わねばならない。
“… Sōda na. Tsumi wa tsugunawaneba naranai.”… that’s right. Sin must be atoned.
Personality

Mervina has a cool personality that doesn’t show much emotion, but sometimes she shows a sad expression.
She has been interested in fairy tales for some reason and is familiar with folklore.
Her weapon is a scythe. Although she has a high attack power, she is sluggish and has a relatively long atw among the vanguards. She is quick to learn healing spells.
Background

Mervina’s true identity is the granddaughter of the dragon orb safeguard tribe chief, and the Eizack‘s daughter.
Although she is a descendant of the tribal chief’s family, she had a grudge against her father because she had been treated as a “daughter of a traitor” by villagers other than her grandfather.
Therefore, she volunteered for the mission of regaining the dragon orb and joined the PMB as an agent.
Growlanser V Generations
Mervina appeared before Zeonsilt who woke up after being injured from the screapers’s attack, then recruited him to become a member of the PMB Ops Div.
When Corin asked about the strange area to the east of the PMB headquarters, Mervina explained the myth of the battle between god and demon that caused the area to end like that. The demon ended up being sealed on Kaeseris Island, then God created a barrier that covered the Continent to prevent the Demon’s minions from coming to the Demon’s aid.
Eventually, she suffers from sympathy for the PMB ideals, her friendship with Zeonsilt’s party and her mission from safeguard tribe. When the party entered the admonisher for the first time, Mervina stole a dragon orb which caused the Admonisher to fall to the ground.
She handed it over to her fellow safeguard tribesmen, but in the end she became a traitor in the truest sense and sided with Zeonsilt and party. After that, she became a companion to Zeonsilt and others from the bottom of her heart.
After that incident, Mervina was held in prison and kept her mouth shut until Eizack arrived. After Eizack and Seldiss arrived, Mervina revealed her identity, the mission she received, and her relationship with Eizack.
After that, if the player decides to talk to Mervina, she will tell about her past when she grew up in the guard tribe, and how she felt while working as a member of the PMB. If the player heard the folktale in Totuwa Village and then chooses to tell it to Mervina, she will say that it is the folktale she has been looking for all along.
When the party was assigned to go to the hidden village of the guard tribe, Mervina escorted them there. When they arrived at the village, Mervina was blamed by safeguard tribesmen and treated as a traitor in the truest sense.
Mervina seemed to care about her father and immediately headed to the underground cave with the party to chase after Eizack. Even after returning from the underground cave, she left the party to chase after Eizack.
When Eizack used the screaper control device to stop battle between Neylern and Grangale, Mervina joined the party to stop him. After that, Jagd Screaper appeared and attacked, then Mervina protected Eizack so he was spared the attack.

After that she apologized to the party for being selfish, then chose to prioritize stopping the fight between Neylern and Grangle over chasing Eizack. In next battle against Eizack and his army, Mervina managed to persuade Eizack to give them a chance to stop the war by means other than force.
When she found out the truth about Zeonsilt’s body, Mervina was shocked and regretted that she had given medicine to him all this time. After some time she came back with many documents related to the surgery performed on Zeonsilt’s body which she took from her father’s room.
After her father’s death, she quickly recovered and prioritized defeating the Queen Screaper so that the opportunity that her father and Seldiss created would not be wasted. After the last battle, Mervina has been busy catching the mercenaries who became bandits, then teaching them to be farmers.
Growlanser VI Precarious world

Mervina only appears in the final phase of the Growlanser VI Precarious world.
There is almost no story about her in this work. The scene with her completely is an optional.
When the party visited Randy in Juwaina Village, Zeonsilt said that Mervina was busy managing PMB with Chriass.
Player can meet her and read brief dialogues with her when she appears with Sheris and Loofass in front of Felmentia.
Chaos Wars
Mervina appears in another game “Chaos Wars” in chapter 6 act 1. If Zeonsilt beat her, Mervina will appear and join the party.
In this game, Mervina is given an exclusive skill that belongs only to her called “Wind Blessing”.
Note: The game itself informed that “this story has no relations with any existing works” at the beginning of the game.
